JURNALISTA.ID, MAKASSAR – Seorang pria berinisial MA (38) di Kota Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan, ditangkap polisi atas dugaan tindak asusila terhadap anak kandungnya sendiri. Korban yang kini berusia 15 tahun diketahui sedang hamil satu bulan.
Kapolrestabes Makassar Kombes Pol Arya Perdana mengatakan, perbuatan cabul tersebut telah berlangsung sejak korban masih berusia 7 tahun. “Pelaku melakukan tindak bejat terhadap anak kandungnya sendiri,” ujar Arya saat konferensi pers di Mapolrestabes Makassar, Jumat (3/10/2025).
MA ditangkap di rumahnya pada Kamis (2/10/2025). Berdasarkan hasil penyelidikan, tindak asusila itu dilakukan berulang kali sejak korban masih duduk di bangku sekolah dasar hingga kini berstatus pelajar sekolah menengah pertama.
Polisi menegaskan, korban kini berada dalam penanganan Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak (UPTD PPA) Kota Makassar untuk menjamin keselamatan dan pemulihan psikologisnya.
“Korban saat ini dalam kondisi hamil satu bulan dan telah kami titipkan di UPTD PPA Kota Makassar. Sementara pelaku sudah kami amankan melalui upaya paksa penangkapan,” ungkapnya.
Sementara itu, pelaku telah ditahan dan dijerat Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2016 tentang Perlindungan Anak dengan ancaman pidana minimal 5 tahun dan maksimal 15 tahun penjara serta denda hingga Rp5 miliar.
“Karena dilakukan oleh orang tua terhadap anak, masa hukumannya ditambah sepertiga dari ancaman yang berlaku,” tegas Arya.
