JURNALISTA.ID, MAKASSAR – Universitas Pejuang Republik Indonesia (UPRI) menggelar rangkaian kegiatan Dies Natalis yang dirangkaikan dengan Wisuda Sarjana dan Pascasarjana Tahun Akademik 2025–2026, Kamis (12/2/2026), di Sandeq Ballroom Hotel Claro, Makassar.
Kegiatan tersebut menjadi momentum refleksi institusional sekaligus perayaan capaian akademik sivitas akademika. Ratusan wisudawan dan wisudawati dari berbagai program studi mengikuti prosesi wisuda dengan khidmat.
Acara ini turut dihadiri oleh pimpinan yayasan, pimpinan universitas, dosen, tenaga kependidikan, orang tua wisudawan, serta tamu undangan dari berbagai instansi.
Rektor UPRI, M. Darwis Nur Tinri, S.Sos., M.Si., dalam sambutannya menegaskan bahwa peringatan dies natalis yang dirangkaikan dengan wisuda merupakan bentuk komitmen universitas dalam menjaga mutu pendidikan tinggi.
“Wisuda bukanlah akhir dari proses belajar, melainkan awal dari pengabdian intelektual dan profesional kepada masyarakat. UPRI terus berkomitmen mencetak lulusan yang unggul secara akademik, beretika, dan berdaya saing,” ujarnya.
Pada tahun akademik 2025–2026, UPRI mewisuda sebanyak 488 lulusan, terdiri atas 447 lulusan sarjana dan 41 lulusan pascasarjana. Para lulusan diharapkan mampu menjadi agen perubahan yang menjunjung tinggi nilai keilmuan, integritas, serta semangat kebangsaan.
Rincian Jumlah Wisudawan
Berdasarkan data universitas, jumlah wisudawan terdiri dari:
- Fakultas Teknik (FATEK): 178 orang
- Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik (FISIP): 75 orang
- Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP): 27 orang
- Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (FMIPA): 4 orang
- Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB): 74 orang
- Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat (FKM): 89 orang
- Pascasarjana Administrasi: 13 orang
- Pascasarjana Kesehatan Masyarakat: 28 orang
Selain prosesi wisuda, rangkaian dies natalis juga diisi dengan berbagai kegiatan akademik dan non-akademik, seperti penyerahan penghargaan kepada dosen purna bakti dan mahasiswa berprestasi, penandatanganan nota kesepahaman dengan sekolah menengah atas dan kejuruan, serta pelaksanaan orasi ilmiah.
Kegiatan tersebut bertujuan memperkuat peran universitas sebagai pusat pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat.
Melalui peringatan dies natalis dan wisuda ini, UPRI menegaskan posisinya sebagai institusi pendidikan tinggi yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman, responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat, serta konsisten dalam mencetak sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan berkarakter.
