JURNALISTA.ID, MAKASSAR – Nasib dosen aparatur sipil negara (ASN) Amal Said kian memburuk setelah terjerat kasus meludahi kasir swalayan berinisial N (21) di Kota Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. Terbaru, Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi (LLDikti) Wilayah IX menjatuhkan sanksi penurunan pangkat terhadap yang bersangkutan.
Kepala LLDikti Wilayah IX, Andi Lukman, mengatakan sanksi tersebut dijatuhkan setelah melalui sidang Komisi Etik. Amal Said dinilai melakukan pelanggaran sedang sebagai ASN.
“Sudah ada hasil keputusan yang kami keluarkan. Sanksi yang kita berikan berupa penurunan pangkat satu tingkat di bawahnya,” ujar Lukman, Senin (5/1/2025).
Ia menjelaskan, Amal Said sebelumnya berada pada golongan IVc dan kini diturunkan menjadi golongan IVb sebagai bentuk sanksi administratif.
“Karena masuk kategori pelanggaran sedang, sanksinya penurunan pangkat setingkat, dari golongan IVc ke IVb,” jelasnya.
Lukman menyebutkan, saat ini Amal Said berkantor sebagai staf di Kantor LLDikti Wilayah IX di Jalan Bung, Tamalanrea, Makassar. Meski demikian, statusnya sebagai dosen belum sepenuhnya tertutup.
“Yang bersangkutan masih bisa kembali menjadi dosen jika ada perguruan tinggi yang bersedia menerimanya. Sementara ini berkantor dulu sebagai staf,” katanya.
Sebelumnya, Amal Said telah diberhentikan sebagai dosen pembantu di Universitas Islam Makassar (UIM). Pemecatan itu diumumkan langsung oleh Rektor UIM, Muammar Bakry, dalam konferensi pers pada Senin (29/12/2025).
“Berdasarkan keputusan Komisi Disiplin UIM, oknum dosen tersebut dinilai melanggar kode etik dosen dan peraturan kepegawaian yang berlaku di lingkungan kampus,” ujar Muammar.
Selain sanksi etik dan administratif, Amal Said juga menghadapi proses hukum. Ia dilaporkan ke polisi atas dugaan penghinaan setelah meludahi kasir swalayan.
Kapolsek Tamalanrea, Kompol Muhammad Yusuf, mengatakan Amal Said dijerat Pasal 315 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP).
“Ancaman pidananya penjara selama 4 bulan 2 minggu,” ungkap Yusuf, Minggu (28/12).
