JURNALISTA.ID, MAKASSAR – Bentrokan antarwarga kembali mengguncang Kelurahan Bunga Eja Beru, Kecamatan Tallo, Selasa (23/9/2025) malam. Kerusuhan ini berujung pada pembakaran lima rumah, satu unit mobil, serta menimbulkan sejumlah korban luka.
Wali Kota Makassar, Munafri Arifuddin, langsung turun ke lokasi bersama Kapolrestabes Makassar Kombes Pol. Arya Perdana dan Dandim 1408/Makassar Kolonel Inf Franki Susanto. Kehadiran mereka menjadi langkah cepat meredam konflik yang disebut sudah kerap berulang.
“Saya sangat prihatin. Tidak ada yang lebih penting dari memastikan masyarakat merasa aman dan terlindungi. Penguatan terhadap keamanan dan ketertiban lingkungan harus dimaksimalkan,” tegas Munafri.
Ia menekankan pembentukan posko penjagaan bersama di titik-titik rawan yang melibatkan TNI, Polri, Brimob, dan Satpol PP. Langkah ini dinilai penting untuk mengendalikan situasi dan mencegah kerusuhan susulan.
“Kami akan koordinasi malam ini dengan semua pihak untuk posko penjagaan bersama. Harus tegas, tindakan seperti ini tidak boleh terulang,” ujarnya dengan nada keras.
Meski tidak ada korban jiwa, dampak kerusuhan disebut cukup parah. Munafri menunggu laporan lengkap dari tim kebakaran dan penanggulangan bencana untuk menghitung kerusakan secara menyeluruh.
Ia mengakui, konflik serupa sudah terjadi hampir setiap hari. Namun, hingga kini pihaknya belum mengantongi informasi pasti terkait pelaku maupun pemicu utama bentrokan.
“Kita belum tahu siapa pelakunya. Informasi masih belum maksimal soal apa yang menjadi dasar terjadinya perang ini,” ungkapnya.
Munafri pun mengajak seluruh elemen masyarakat untuk ikut menjaga lingkungan masing-masing dan tidak mudah terprovokasi.
“Ketertiban dan keamanan adalah tanggung jawab bersama. Kota ini harus tetap aman untuk kita semua,” pungkasnya.
